Honorees in Lansing on November 22, 2009. The Piazza Dance Company has been a
member of Michigan Chapter 4, whose parent organization is Dance Masters of
America, since 1982. It is their history of
volunteerism with Dance Masters
of Michigan, a primarily education-focused organization of dance professionals,
which has
won them the prestigious honor. |

Piazza Dance Company student, Christina Zitkus won 4th
runner-up of 40+ contestants at the North American Miss National Pageant in
California in November, 2009. The week-long pageant cosisted of interviews,
formal wear, her personal introduction, and volunteer hours in front of a panel
of 21 judges. Congratulations, Christina...we're proud of you!
